I’d like to welcome you to my Personal training site where you and I will work together to create a personalize fitness program whether you choose one-on-one training with me or our more flexible Online personal training. Your  training program will consist of goal specific workouts, created by me and based on your fitness level, desired weight loss or weight gain, schedule, and exercise equipment availability. Every program is packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!  We take a holistic approach to our training so that your mind, body and spirit will be healthy.

Our site is packed with helpful links and fitness tips. When you sign up for one of our training programs you also get a monthly online fitness magazine with even more information to help you meet your goals.
 

We train all body types but we specialize in the Plus Sized Client. We look forward to helping you meet all your fitness goals.
